With an aeronautical engineering background and a knack for finding better ways to do things, He knew there had to be a smarter approach. That's when he decided to shake things up.
A few years ago, He founded our company with one mission: to make fleet management as smooth as a freshly paved road. We combine telematics and cutting-edge software with a personal touch, customizing tools to keep your fleet ahead of the curve. Since then, we've partnered with some of the largest fleets in the country, helping them steer clear of downtime, fuel mismanagement, and other roadblocks.
He’s serious about what we do, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. After all, managing a fleet should be a well-oiled machine, not a headache. So, whether you’ve got a hundred vehicles or a thousand, we’re here to make your job easier, one mile at a time.

This role sharpened her problem-solving skills and instilled a deep understanding of the importance of client satisfaction—traits that have become central to her approach as a design leader.
Transitioning from the skies to the business world, Karen moved into roles that allowed her to develop her sales and business development expertise. She became known for her ability to connect with clients, understand their needs, and drive meaningful business outcomes. Her success in this area was marked by her strategic thinking and a genuine commitment to helping clients achieve their goals—qualities that she now applies to her design leadership at Fleet-Man Solutions.
