    Karen is a multifaceted professional with a rich background that spans several industries, culminating in her current role as the Design Director at Fleet-Man Solutions. Her career began in aviation 17 years ago, where she specialized in customer service at a supervisory level, ensuring a seamless and safe experience for passengers. This role sharpened her problem-solving skills and instilled a deep understanding of the importance of client satisfaction—traits that have become central to her approach as a design leader.

    Transitioning from the skies to the business world, Karen moved into roles that allowed her to develop her sales and business development expertise. She became known for her ability to connect with clients, understand their needs, and drive meaningful business outcomes. Her success in this area was marked by her strategic thinking and a genuine commitment to helping clients achieve their goals—qualities that she now applies to her design leadership at Fleet-Man Solutions.

    As the Design Director at Fleet-Man Solutions, Karen leverages her diverse experiences to craft innovative and client-focused design strategies. Her unique blend of aviation precision, customer service excellence, and business acumen makes her a valuable asset to the team.     With 15 years of experience in customer service and human resources, Cindy Francis brings a wealth of expertise to her role as Client Experience Manager. Throughout her professional tenure, Cindy has excelled in leading teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients, and internal stakeholders.

    Her extensive background includes spearheading the development and implementation of customer service policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring both compliance and quality across the organization. Her expertise in Human Resource Management, combined with her knowledge and experience in customer service, underpins her strong skills in communication, administration, and collaboration.

    After spending a decade behind the wheel of his own fleet and three years deep in the trenches of maintenance, He realized something: managing a fleet shouldn't feel like herding cats. With an aeronautical engineering background and a knack for finding better ways to do things, He knew there had to be a smarter approach. That's when he decided to shake things up.

    A few years ago, He founded our company with one mission: to make fleet management as smooth as a freshly paved road. We combine telematics and cutting-edge software with a personal touch, customizing tools to keep your fleet ahead of the curve. Since then, we've partnered with some of the largest fleets in the country, helping them steer clear of downtime, fuel mismanagement, and other roadblocks.
