CLIENT training coordinator
Full Time | Hybrid
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You’ll help our clients’ teams actually use the systems we implement—so the fleet runs smoother, safer, and cheaper. You’ll train, document, test competency, and drive adoption across different roles (ops, maintenance, leadership).
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Run onboarding + recurring training sessions (live + recorded)
Build simple training assets (checklists, short guides, videos)
Validate competency (quizzes, “show me” walkthroughs)
Track adoption metrics and retrain where needed
Coordinate schedules, attendance, and follow-ups
Improve training based on recurring errors and client feedback
Required:
Proven experience training or onboarding users/teams
Clear communication (spoken + written)
Strong organization + follow-through
Comfortable learning and explaining software tools
Preferred: Fleet/logistics/maintenance industry exposure
Instructional design or L&D experience
Experience working with dashboards/telematics/software tools
