CLIENT training coordinator

Full Time | Hybrid


ABOUT THE ROLE:

You’ll help our clients’ teams actually use the systems we implement—so the fleet runs smoother, safer, and cheaper. You’ll train, document, test competency, and drive adoption across different roles (ops, maintenance, leadership).


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Run onboarding + recurring training sessions (live + recorded)

  • Build simple training assets (checklists, short guides, videos)

  • Validate competency (quizzes, “show me” walkthroughs)

  • Track adoption metrics and retrain where needed

  • Coordinate schedules, attendance, and follow-ups

  • Improve training based on recurring errors and client feedback

Required:

  • Proven experience training or onboarding users/teams

  • Clear communication (spoken + written)

  • Strong organization + follow-through

  • Comfortable learning and explaining software tools

  • Preferred: Fleet/logistics/maintenance industry exposure

  • Instructional design or L&D experience

  • Experience working with dashboards/telematics/software tools
